Once you’ve both decided on a consensus about what areas of your face you would like to treat, Dr. McCoy will first mark the injection locations on your skin with a felt-tipped pen. She will then apply an anesthetic cream to the skin to ease any discomfort you might feel during the procedure. Finally, she will inject a controlled amount of either filler or Botox into the marked locations.
